Trump doesn't want a democratic Iran. Trump doesn't want a democratic Venezuela. Trump doesn't want a democratic Cuba. Trump and the oligarchs pulling his strings want compliant regimes that will let US companies exploit their oil, minerals, and populations. Democracies would just get in the way.

If Congress didn't approve it, it is unconstitutional. If it's unconstitutional it is illegal. We can't arrest Trump but if starting an unconstitutional war isn't impeachable then what the hell is?
