started work on my comic for sbcf '25. medieval fantasy romance again... it's about ghosts haunting two weird™️ girls who work among the mass of ladies-in-waiting to an unseen princess. one of them may be psychic and the other one is definitely cursed

honestly i can't remember the finer details well enough to appreciate exactly how far off base this is, but it's funny how much my brain sees gqx char and *immediately* processes him as like, an avatar of char. an image of him has fluttered out of lalah + challia's mind and gained shallow sentience

not to ramble but i just want to emphasize to non-artist friends how much this is carving out a really easy path to banning an artist both from the top (mod team) and bottom (organized user efforts). along an extremity? sorta non con. the fanart i drew of g’takumi and eito? non con like 50 dif ways

poking around to see if there’s been any initial reception from the bsky team outside of a few angry engineers (“why don’t u build ur own if u hate ours so much!”), lol. to then add restrictions that are impossible to detect while openly admitting it will require help from easily abused user reports
