That actually worked. Making yogurt in the IP was actually that easy?? It came out a little liquid,more like kefir, but that may have something to do with it being 100°F. That’s probably going to be perfect for lassis. I’ll have to play with straining it too. Because labneh needs to be tried.

I just started the easiest looking technique I could find for making yogurt in the instant pot. Like. Ridiculously easy. If this works I shall be making it all summer and taking suggestions on how to use it all because wow that was easy. And extremely cost effective.
