This afternoon Zoe got to go car ride again and this time we DID go to the vet and she was so overjoyed that she RACED inside before I even finished opening the door for her. I think we may have done a little too much positive reinforcement at the vet when she was a baby. 😆

Okay, so: 1 is Swarovski pearls (valuable) and 2 is plastic. The biggest tell is the drill holes, as some of you guessed. 1 has a crystal core with a relatively thick coating of nacre. They were drilled after the nacre was applied, which is why some of them look a little chipped around the holes.

I’m curious - can anybody else spot the difference between these two handfuls of beads? One is valuable, the other isn’t. (The size difference is irrelevant.)
