Update: I am ok. I am in a safe, calm place where I am no longer hurting myself or other people. But the past night was one of the scariest nights of my entire life. I am not ready to go into further detail right now. But maybe one day I'll share the entire story.

Spent the bulk of the day in the ER today. (Yikes 😵) Doing ok now. Most of the problems I was having were do to panic attacks induced by a combination of sleep deprivation and mania in a feedback loop. Still suffering from some exhaustion-induced mania rn but I am doing much better.

Still have not slept. Going on 30+ hours with zero sleep at this point. I feel fucking horrible. My body is so drained but my mind will NOT SHUT UP. This is some of the worst insomnia I have experienced in my entire life. The Zzquil did NOTHING.

So. I just made an ass of myself in front of some of my friends because I jumped to conclusions and accused someone of doing something they didn't do cuz I wasn't thinking clearly and I didn't have my facts straight. FML. At least I'm self-aware enough to realize that I fucked up and apologized.
