The American right, or the Republican Party, and the SCOTUS it controls, is blatantly racist. As time passes, their racism will stand in stark relief. There's no plausible deniability--flimsy attempts to obfuscate are intolerable.
The right wing of the Roberts SCOTUS deserves eternal infamy.
