It is absolutely ethically and morally correct to LIE in order to get a vaccine that you think you need. You can tell a pharmacist that you need a vaccine because you have persistent bronchitis and they'll accept that. You don't need a prescription or anything else to get a vaccine at a pharmacy.

You know how 25 years ago TVs were really expensive and made by ~5 major companies, and now they're not expensive and made by companies you've never heard of? That's what's going to happen to cars...
