I wanna buy things from my artist friends, but things have been "challenging" at home and I'm starting to think I should be thinking financially of some kind of alt or backup living situation. My brother pointed out things aren't really different, but I'm finding them increasingly intolerable. 🤷‍♀️

My watercolor palette is getting pretty scratched up and I don't want to replace it, but I'd like it to look nicer. Has anyone had luck spray painting one of these and having the finish last?

Just because animals are often guided by instinct and occupied with their own behaviour and survival, people often mistake them for being unintelligent. A lot of them are quite clever, tool-use or otherwise. I think people don't want to know how smart animals are, and what they're capable of.

Whoever built the addition on our 🏠: 1 - entryway needs a light, where should we put it? 2 - around 11 feet up should do it 1 - can't be reached without an extension ladder? 2 - exactly! 1 - and the fixture? 2 - a big glass ball! Held on with tiny screws. Make changing the bulb a 2-handed job. 1 - 👍
