Here's the problem with this: yes it's a worry and constraint for gov't that they they have to be so sensitive to bond markets reactions. Love to see "Women's rights" groups quoted in this - as if this was somehow inalienably in opposition to trans rights. In fact I am trans and I am a woman and to be honest in the last year or so I've encountered more sexism than I have transphobia, personally.
