I just forced a vote to try to strip out Republicans' defund Planned Parenthood provision from their Big Ugly bill. Republicans voted NO. They voted to shutter some 200 health clinics and deny women basic health care like cancer screenings & birth control. KILL THE BILL!

We should celebrate our wins, and this is proof that they can and will remove things from this bill, but PLENTY of rotten evil remains (an attack on healthcare for our trans neighbors, slashing of Medicaid/Medicare, tax breaks for the ultra wealthy, larger budget for the should-be-abolished ICE).
