Started work on the outline for a new book. For several reasons, I'm going in a new direction with this one. So it will either end up as something pretty cool or pretty terrible. Still, you've got to laugh, don't you?

A week off work and I've got a fair bit done - two older books read through, notes made, got a short story ready to sub and made a plan for the long-term. Back to the office tomorrow.

Just realised the saved copy of the book I've written 3 versions of & have been working on for over a year is missing the final 20k. Between my old laptop crashing in the summer & having back up copies saved, this version is the one saved the day before my laptop died. So I've lost the ending.

Reminder that I am closing to queries on the 1st December. This will be for all of December and probably at least part/all of January. Reopening will be dependent on workloads and if I take on any new clients from this batch of queries.
