US District Court Judge Patrick Schiltz ordered acting ICE director Todd Lyons to appear in court Friday & warned he could be held in contempt for repeatedly failing to comply with court orders. ICE has repeatedly ignored or delayed bond hearings & release orders for detained immigrants.

After executing Alex Pretti on Saturday, ICE has shifted to primarily targeting bus stops and elementary schools in my community this week. I cannot overstate how much of the ICE activity in my community is just targeting places where little kids are.

The DOJ is withholding the Epstein files while reporters withhold asking about their release.

Minneapolis has seen a stunning 1,646% spike in calls from families who can't pay rent because they're afraid to leave their homes to work. This is state violence manufacturing housing precarity in real time. People should not be facing eviction when their city is under occupation.
