High key hoping he heckles “his” justices

The fact that Trump is going to oral arguments to pressure the justices to acquiesce to his attempted nullification of a constitutional amendment and create a stateless class for the first time since the civil war, illustrates what is really at the core of the Trump project and it isn’t tariffs.

Elon Musk is facing *another* class action lawsuit alleging he committed civil securities fraud in the run up to his Twitter buyout. This one is in the S. District of NY. Oklahoma Firefighters Pension & Retirement System v. Elon R. Musk et al The investors suing him got class certification today.

This is a powerful indicator of a.) how profoundly Trump and Netanyahu have misgauged potential Jewish support for the Iran war, b.) how profoundly they have undercut American Jewish support for Israel and c.) the sea-change currently underway in US-Middle East thinking. It's a big deal.

The NYT says today’s #NoKings protests had “no shortage of skeptics,” and then quoted exactly one of those skeptics: The chairman of the Ole Miss College Republicans (as of 2025.) But of course, the Times doesn’t ID him as such. He’s just a Concerned Youth.

For Michael Flynn, the corrupt pardon he received wasn’t enough. He wanted a payout, too, claiming federal law enforcement subjected him to malicious prosecution when they charged him with crimes he’d twice pleaded guilty to. Thanks to Trump’s DOJ, he’ll now get a taxpayer-financed check.

In fact, the Senate Republicans have blocked a bill to fund TSA ten times!  Reportedly because Trump told them to do so. So it's Trump screwing the TSA workers and then pretending to be their champion. Pretty sick.
