Left a nonprofit event at a posh country club and a volunteer was leading a dog outside. “Awww so cute!” She responded he’s adoptable. I can’t—allergies—no fuzzy creatures. She said they get reptiles sometimes. And that’s when I’m sure the first “I already have a snake” was ever announced here.
