This is apropos of nothing but i wonder a lot about the origin of the slang term "crashing out" because I had heard it used primarily by chemists for decades before it became mainstream slang (in chemistry "crashing out" means when you add a reagent to a solution and it instantly precipitates)

Like most internet slang, it probably came from AAVE, but I always wonder if maybe the two are related 🤔 Me when everything is Too Much All At Once and I get super angry and exhausted: (instantly forms a nonsoluble particulate)

The fact this is happening is so fucking sad. So many Adult Swim VAs of that era have been given the shit end of the stick too. These people brought to life some of the best animated comedy shows of this generation and the last. They deserve so much more.
