Soooo you have to now use SciEnv to write your biosketch for NIH/NSF grants. There are no WYSWYG tools, so you have to use HTML for formatting and outlay. Asking a bunch of NIH funded scientists (the median age of whom is like 92) to use HTML to write their biosketch is just crazy.
