Realizing you could model the entire Parr Terminal (now Richmond Pacific) in the 1970s using one Bachmann 45T and one BLI Plymouth. There's a free and evocative shelf layout concept for someone! BIG break-bulk ships, very cool time/location and lots of switching!

Before and After: A comparison between a stock Hornby L&Y Pug (a different model than the infamous “Smokey Joe”) and the revived Bizzie whose only Hornby bits are the chassis, motor, and drive wheels. Before anyone asks, no I probably might not stuff DCC sound into something this small ever again.

I have to say from a toy design perspective, this 4-4-0 is surprisingly excellent. Not to mention they attempted to keep it within the confines of 1870s American locomotive design while still adding in all the holiday whimsy. They really went the extra track mile.
