Only one country has invoked Article 5 of the NATO treaty. The cornerstone of NATO: if one country is attacked, the others will come to its defence. US invoked Article 5 after Sept 11 attack, and all NATO members responded. Trump hasn't invoked Article 5 because US has not been attacked.
