On Saturday just gone - Midsomer Murders: The Killings at Badger’s Drift at Norwich Theatre Royal. A gentle, fun adaptation with a couple of nice theatrical moments. Amazing doubling of parts all round too - the producer in me was impressed at the small size of the cast!

Last week: BIGRE / "Fish Bowl" at the Peacock Theatre, part of the Mime Festival. I didn't mind this, but I didn't find it side-splitting either. Although I love a bit of slapstick, I can't be doing with a lot of scatological business. But it did have some great moments and a fun concept.

Earlier this week: RSC's Twelfth Night at the Barbican. Some lovely moments - loved the clowning Feste, the slightly spooky moments, some of the gags, Malvolio's stage presence - but it is packed full and over-long; I was slightly rolling my eyes at yet additional gag during the penultimate scene.
