Don’t often eat lunch but hubs wanted something light. Had these little cocktail size shrimp in the freezer for jut this kind of thing. They were perfect for shrimp salad plopped on a half of an avocado Wine and good bread made the meal

Damn. I know I over broiled the oysters Rockefeller but they were still soooo good. Made a tray of 2 dozen huge-sized locals for hubs and me plus salad and crusty warm bread, and that was dinner. Plus that fine CA Chardonnay. 😊
