I make one fine fluffy omelette if I say so myself! 😁Three nicely seasoned eggs whipped with a little milk, then into a hot pan with oil and butter. Loaded with spinach, mushrooms and Gouda cheese. A gentle fold-over and a slide from the tilted pan onto my plate. That was dinner tonight.

Stopped at Gott’s at the Ferry Building for their killer burgers & fries (my wife got a milkshake, I passed) before walking down to the park. We spent less on our entire meal than my cousin paid for two tiny sliders & one order of garlic fries in the park. Rookie move on her part.

Classic Crowd Pleaser Burger

Not super plated but so good. First yellow tomatoes from garden for pasta. Sungold.Roasted and pureed. Served with crushed reds from garden over bronze died pasta and topped with basil and oregano and garlic from garden. Topped with burrata cheese.

Made Dominican rice and beans inspired by @icookfood2023.bsky.social DELICIOUS. I did mess up tho. Soaked the beans Saturday night to cook Sunday. Day drinking on the beach put the kibosh on that - so used canned. 🤭🤭 but we loved it.

Leftovers tonight. Made some Nutterbutt stuffed tortelloni back in the fall and froze them. Cooked them up and paired them with Sunday nights red pepper sauce. Grilled some corn and threw that on top. #DinnerAndASong youtu.be/mN0XMEaCE3k?...

Thai sweet chili pork chop, marinated in soy, sweet chili, brown sugar, and spices, then grilled. Jasmine rice , bok choy in a sweet chili garlic sauce. Steamed pork dumplings.
