Making my own. 6 boneless/skinless chx thighs, chx stock, equal parts heavy cream & sour cream, 3 sliced poblanos, 3 serranos, half of a red onion, a few rough chopped garlic cloves, cumin, chili powder and S&P. In the countertop convection oven at 300°, about halfway done.
