On the broadcast tonight, Mud said that Bob Chandler & Dan Novak were influential in getting him his start as a broadcaster. I wasn’t familiar with Novak so looked him up. He ran Channel 4’s broadcast of Padres games (s/o to the good old days) and worked closely with Larry Lucchino to build it up /1
