Starting a new med this week for my adhd. That + bonkers heatwave + life = I’ll probably be taking a big step back from socials for a week or so. At least a few days. Buddies with my signal or text or whatnot -tight knit buddies - feel very free to reach out still. Mostly trying to soothe my CNS.

"Born this way" rhetoric isn't as effective as everyone thinks it is because if we can't be any other way then reactionaries would prefer us dead. Or at the very least, repressed and miserable and closeted, unable to live freely because it's been made impossible for us to do so.
