My confident, happy trans child couldn't face walking in the parade at Pride yesterday. My son, who happily walked last year waving his trans flag and blowing on his whistle. He told me he didn't feel safe. I'm so unbelievably angry.

For anyone who thinks Wes Streeting was ignorant to the consequences of his decision today, he knew. We met with him and lots of trans children who told him horrific stories of the consequences of this ban, he looked those children in the eyes and told them he cared.

My son and I were invited to meet with Wes Streeting regarding the puberty blocker ban. 90 minutes we sat through the most horrific accounts of harm and distress facing these children. My son bravely told him his story. I came away from that meeting utterly distraught.

I lost my Dad and brother in law recently, and through organising their funerals, I have somehow found my way onto the mailing list for the funeral home and the crematorium. Do they think, given the rate at which my family is dying its worth keeping in touch with me? It's so sinister.

My son started secondary school in September and told me today that the app they use every day has him as female. They promised me this wouldn't be the case. So here I go again with yet another battle with another school. Passport and medical records have him as male. There is no excuse for this.

I used to party at weekends and have lie ins before having a sporty child. This weekend has consisted of 2 swim training sessions, 1 swim meet and a Jnr Park Run. Happy Mothers Day.

We are returning from a UK holiday today, we normally go abroad but my sons passport didn't turn up. Turns out it is far cheaper for us to go abroad than stay at home including flights. With less traffic jams and less worry about swimming in raw sewage.

Well this seems a lot more pleasant than twitter, been on here for 30 minutes and no one has called me an abuser.
