The company that Trump hired to build his vanity ballroom, Clark Construction, got a secret no-bid contract for another project. The project was estimated to cost $3.3 MILLION. Trump paid them $17.4M to do it. Those are our taxpayer dollars he wasted.

In 1952, Richard Nixon's career was nearly derailed by revelations that he had access to a slush fund of $18,000 -- less than a quarter million today." People used to give a shit about that kind of thing, you see.

Historian of Reconstruction here, today Brown v Board of Education, Topeka, Kansas in 1954 put segregation on the road to extinction, implementing the 14th amendment passed in 1868. Yet the Warren court was accused of judicial activism by people whose unconstitutional overreach today is astounding.

Many people want to help the GOP by turning Dems away from unified resistance to factional fighting instead. It's a standard political fuckery tactic to create internal division and tension to deflate a movement. It doesn't take a lot to get it going, then well-meaning people get swept up in it.
