X is a solo mode but playing together is not a concept only relegated to comp; there are patterns in how people play and how maps flow that you can and SHOULD learn while grinding. You can't do this alone, so learn to play together with people halfway across the globe

I feel like our top level and maybe scene as a whole is bad at learning from 1 sided games and tries to avoid them. Unless you are literally 100-0 KOing every single match there is stuff to learn from. The inability to do so speaks to an inability to properly review matches more then anything else.

Also just a brief note when we talk about "playing faster" a lot of it carries the same energy as "just stop feeding" there's a million different ways to speed up the game and 90% of them are not strictly better. Going faster the right way requires understanding of a lot of other mechanics.

My only concern is that there’s still a lot of custom options that are missing for events. Tiebreakers are one of them that I often have concern over. If the rest of the community didn’t move over so fast I would be heavily against it but ppl make it like “if you aren’t here, what are you out doing”

Genuine question: How can the CCA capture your attention and get your interest in our events? Splatoon community always talks about wanting consistent teams and the CCA is by far one of the best at having consistent brands by nature of collegiate esports, but sometimes numbers don't reflect that.

ok i wanted to give it a fair chance but suction on rapid is just. not it... cooler isnt as bad as i expected (the output is ok if you focus your life) but the amount of times i wish i had dart or mist is so so so much higher than the amount of times ive found a use for suction

I think the biggest missed opportunity of the new kits is 96 getting line marker, not even because I think it's that bad (tbh dart on it is underrated imo) but because what could've been the best RPD cooler pairing is hampered by double line marker
