This is a deeply silly article. While I personally think the trade paperback is the best, most democratic format, a well-done hardcover is a piece of art all its own and I wish every author and reader could enjoy that luxury. Why deny art and pleasure?

Good to see, but it should go further than just retail shops. Many staff in customer service roles cop abuse. As a bank teller (now retired), I copped abuse many times for issues outside of my control.
