Husband found a cool greyhound postcard at an estate sale yesterday. It now adorns a wall that needed some decor.

Celebrity deaths might not actually happen in threes, but screen protector deaths do: mine, my husband's, and my son's. At least it wasn't the actual screen in each instance.

Here's my share from the collection of our late kennel worker, which his son wanted to go to good homes. Our former kennel director and another loyal volunteer each got pieces they wanted. Everyone is happy, which is a real win. And I got some quality time with Rip the greyhound!

And on the bright side today, my Mother's Day present from my son arrived early: 8 pizza pies from a favorite place that's 1,054 miles away. Delivered overnight by UPS (aka Universal Pizza Service). The cost was comparable to standard local pizza delivery.
