especially funny because the tribe is naturally going to be like "well. your eldest child is literally THE warrior of light also. so if she ever takes interest we're bound to entrust the deed to her" (trust me shonna is never going to take interest in that. trust me.)

I just realized something hilarious. if blood descendants are the only ones who can inherit the estate and I make it so that Y'vihmha only has one child and IS an only child. that means Tehna is a blood descendant and the next inheritor. oh she would HATE that. she HATES being tied down

I also just had to do some serious math and now have to change bits of the timeline (this is WHY IT'S IMPORTANT!!!). nothing drastic. but I think Y'vihmha is only nunh by estate ownership (ie territory) and a second is also named for breeding rights. multi-nunh tribes do happen on occasion

it's also good to know about how many children is expected for a nunh to have. I'd imagine they remain nunh on average for the duration of the current generation, just long enough to allow their children to grow old enough to challenge their position. Puts into perspective how FEW children Rhani had

Y tribe genetic thoughts aside. I wonder if Rhani met Y'rhul and Y'nazqha. I wonder if he was in any way reminded of his own failings as nunh. I wonder if seeing THEIR bond reminded him of the daughters and son he left behind. If he misses his children and wishes he too could have traveled with them

learning abt y'shtola's family and seeing some of those npcs in-game is very helpful for knowing how and what face stripes tend to be passed on from parent to child; considering they all share at least but often only one parent (father), it's probably based on what the father carries and not random
