#GRACE-FO
missions, and show that since the launch of GRACE in 2002, the ice sheet has lost approximately 5200 gigatonnes of ice!

The satellites Sentinel-1D & Sentinel-6B launch to provide critical climate data. Sentinel-1D will monitor ice sheets & glaciers, Sentinel-6B will track sea level rise. Their data will extend decades of climate observations and support ESA's Climate Change Initiative projects.
