🍫 Human-caused warming is bringing more extreme heat to West Africa, which produces 70% of the world’s cocoa, the key ingredient in chocolate. In growing regions of Côte d’Ivoire & Ghana (over half of global supply), heat above 90°F now occurs ~40 more days per year on average.
