Tall ships have started arriving in Baltimore for Sail250. Germany (left) and Uruguay (right) here. These are so freaking cool and many more coming in today and tomorrow. If you can make it to Baltimore for a day trip or overnight you should!

Page 71 includes an actual "In Action" card, but it's Tom Haller as a Dodger so it barely counts as a Tiger player in Action. Not a lot of star power on this page, and take a good look at the Rookie Stars -- it is the only time you will ever see those three players on a Tigers again. #ToppsTigers75

Page 67 brings us more than 4 hatless & airbrushed Tigers -- the most on any page since 1962. To compensate? Tom Timmermann gets a beautiful Tiger Stadium backdrop for the 2nd year in a row. We don't get that many of these, especially when the stadium was still green, so enjoy it. #ToppsTigers75

Back into the binders and we’re on Page 66 - the start of 1971 Topps. This is such a great design! I especially like the McAuliffe card on this page. Les Cain gets the first Tigers Rookie Cup since Jake Wood in 1962. Considering the players that debuted in between, that’s something! #ToppsTigers75

Workman, who was in the Tigers system for many years, made his MLB debut last year NOT as a Tiger. However, his rookie card from last year is as a Tiger (a team he’s never played for). Looking forward to his debut in the Old English D so that this is no longer a card that makes no sense!

Just catching up on the Skubal news and am so disappointed to hear it. I guess as far as arm injuries go, this one isn't so bad? Would love to see him return for the stretch run, and hope that the Tigs can stay in contention for when the time comes.

1969 Topps wraps up on binder page 61 three slots short of a full page, which just happens to be the perfect size to fit in the three Tigers from the Topps Deckle Edge issue. Unlike the ‘68 game cards, which felt out of place, these B&W cards fit in nicely with the rest of the set #ToppsTigers75
