For any cyclists trying to hit Cold Garden and coming from the N, avoid 12 St SE like the plague. Zero accommodations for 2-wheelers while they dig up the road. Instead, do this detour via 8 Ave>11 St>11 Ave SE. Back to normal on 12 St SE from the railway bridge south #yycbike
