Finally read Drogune. The art is insanely packed - just about every panel is a full-on illustration. The setting is promising, a lot to introduce. I feel like Ian Flynn's writing is at its best when he gets to tell character-heavy stories after the universe is established so I'd love to see more.

for the last few months I've been working on my own animation program. it pulls MIDI data from my DAW that i can hook into all sorts of parameters. it's nice when a program ONLY does the things I need it to. >: ) i'll be able make videos that'd otherwise have taken 1 or 2 weeks in a day or two.

This convo I had highlights the difference in what "respect your time" means in games. A lot of players want to trade time for in-game progress. It's purely transactional: 1 hour = 1 progress But I want to feel like my actions matter i.e. what I do with time creates progress, not time itself.
