my game doesn't have any external motivators. you get points for taking pictures, but the points don't really do or mean anything. i've had a few people recommend that i add some sort of progression/reward system to CryptidCam, but i decided against it

people who say “I want shorter games with worse graphics by people who are paid more to work less” you *truly* don’t really understand how much work and expertise it takes to make a short game with low visual fidelity to be compelling enough to be a sustainable business, let alone be sellable

I have a font that I use in CryptidCam that I made myself based off my handwriting, because I thought it'd be a fun personal touch. I use it sparingly because I know it's not as readable as a classic font, but I still get notes sometimes from players like "this one font sucks. the rest are fine"
