enormous development in the Cop City RICO case today: the Judge indicated he would be dismissing *at least* the RICO and Arson counts of the indictment, which would eliminate 56 out of 61 people from the indictment. Official answer tomorrow, and it will certainly be appealed.

As Appalachia went, so goes the country. There are not one, not two, but three dirty power plants within a 40 minute drive of me. Why? That electricity goes East (to data centers). My power bill is 3x what it would be in Oregon, because Appalachians pay for this with our lungs and our wallets.
