Harvard filed a suit within 24 hours after the Noem visa-stripping. The judge issued a temporary restraining order less than 2 hrs later. The legal system CAN work quickly if the plaintiffs are prepared— know the judges and their courtroom rules, have strategy set and filings ready.

From various sources, it appears that the plan with regard to NIH is that all Institute and Center Directors (as opposed to now where it is just the NIH Director and the NCI Director) would become essentially political appointees as would most or all division directors. 6/n
