Loved this, esp the Terrance Dicks Target novelisation discussion. I think Peter is absolutely right when he says that there is a (first) golden age for the Targets. For me, it runs all the way up to Jan ‘79 with the 128-page Hand of Fear Dicks book, the 46th in the range. The 47th? Invisible Enemy!

There was a lot to say about Horror of Fang Rock as there is just so much to love about it. We also talk about how Terrence Dicks’s Target novelizations were so important to our reading and development. And so great having @melvinpena.bsky.social on this one!
