Ngl tho I'm actually really worried that previous occupant won't get their stuff in time and that keeps me from taking the place. The landlord seems reluctant to call the cops to handle the issue because they got screwed before by doing that.

The issues with moving have gotten worse. I take care of my disabled mother nearly full time and have been told that because I don't get paid for it, I need to go to employment classes and get a job just so I can get help with the security deposit.

Two days ago I got a notice to quit from my landlord which means I'm about to get evicted either next month or the month after. It is a no-fault notice at least but now I'm ultra scared I'm gonna be homeless because there's literally ZERO apartments for rent in my town.
