I conducted tests on my Gluten-free Vegan Cinnamon Rolls the other day. I had them in the freezer for a few weeks, frosted, then reheated from frozen in my air fryer. They took about 20 minutes to heat through. They tasted like they were made the same day. Positive results! 🥰

I worked for the USDA, FSIS for over 20 yrs. I've seen plenty of examples why food regulations are critical. I've also seen the burden it puts on the small business owner. Much of the responsibility for ensuring safe, unadulterated food lies with very large companies bc the small guys depend on it.
