Just finished reading this and the art is phenomenal! But damn, I used to work with kids with trauma disorders and this really hit me in a way I didn't expect. What a heart wrenchingly beautiful story (pg 305 healed something in me fr) This one gets a spot on the stuff-I-recommend-to-others shelf ❤️

Just finished Hello Sunshine, a horror graphic novel by @keezyyoung.bsky.social and it’s super good! I’ve been looking forward to reading it for months and it did not disappoint.

My highest of recommendations. One of the most interesting and compelling graphic novels I’ve read in the part few years. All of the art is great, but there are some truly jaw-dropping pages/panels in here. I wish I had better words to articulate how special this book is.

also spoilers for the cover of the book i guess but the flowers have spot gloss on the middle of them, and i set it down on my desk for a sec, and the sun bounced off them and that was when i first parsed that they were eyeballs, which was like a bonus spook
