Today we had to say goodbye to our best friend. He truly is the best boy we could have ever asked for. He loved naps with us, scavenging for food under the table, barking at the neighbor dog, lying in the sun, and so many little things that made him the best dog. I’m going to miss you so much buddy.

Came home to a new Xbox controller for an early Christmas present. Designed by my daughters, with a little help from my wife.

The way I see it is that the team is mid-rebuild. I watched Levy get caught in the "win now" trap. Since the team has done the "data" thing, it seems that we are moving in the right direction each window. It is easy to underestimate how big of a hole we were in. The rebuild takes time.
