I will say one thing I don't mind about getting older is finding new pretty silver hair strands. My hair is still very predominantly it's original color, but I am getting a smidgen of graying at my temples now and it's kinda nice honestly?

So an interesting thing I noticed while I've been fighting my current flare is that I tic way, way less when I'm in a flare. It kinda makes some degree of sense, but still....bodies are weird and neat!

I actually feel a lot less like warmed over death today, so that's some improvement. Been putting myself in bed and staying there longer and that seemed to help this time.
