Um no? Trumpās DOJ is NOT defending medication abortion. Theyāre arguing the same thing SCOTUS previously ruled on standing (not the right plaintiffs) bc they think this lawsuit will fail and look like a big loss. They have easier paths ā refile, enforce Comstock, or take internal HHS action.

This story of a Georgia woman arrested for her miscarriage is horrifying. Selena Maria Chandler-Scott was found unconscious and bleeding and they ARRESTED HER, charging her with "concealing a death" and "abandonment of a body". This is why ANY abortion ban puts ALL pregnant people in danger.
