Ulrich is getting bigger

We've traditionally always had Lamb for Easter but is the first time I've tried Braised Lamb Shank. Turned out very tender and the red wine sauce was plentiful and I think could be reused with Spaetzle or Gnocchi. Spent 18 dollars on the shanks which is...ok but the entire meal <30 incl wine.

Pie ready for Easter lunch tomorrow. :D
