First night at work back after surgery 5/10. No pain but after a few hours I did get dizzy mid guest and need to sit down. Tried low key sitting the rest of the time and was fine. Almost tripped leaving the building which panicked me about the strain on my core muscles but everything is fine.

This was a lot of fun and a wonderful game - also writing this adventure was one which really made me conscious of how RPG-writing burns ideas. I could take a taken a concept like "Arsehole Elves returning to the UK to frack for the remaining magic" for 4-6 issues of comics.

Side note I’m in recovery from surgery that was not a big deal but has me crashing at my moms place. It’s fine, my healing is more or less pain free but being in such close micromanaging distance from my mom while I see evidence of her declining age is well… frustrating.

So I think I hit the point of where my job is supposed to fire me (even a minute late is half a point and I hit the threshold of 8 pts due to accidentally oversleeping five mins or traffic issues). I was devastated but talked myself into thinking it might be a good opportunity. Good timing too.

Preop appointment went well with if not strange. I got to realize I could prob do naked modeling with how easily I could mentally disconnect being naked during the preop pictures. Only concerns are preop shaving and length of recovery. Rewarded myself with the fancy French yogurt in rose flavor.
