For an assignment, I spent 1.5 hours at a stop sign by U of T. Out of 228 vehicles, 208 did not stop. 59 when pedestrians were waiting or actively crossing. I saw 20/228 (9%) lawful interactions w/ that stop sign. If police showed any force to even one of those 208 drivers, there would be riots.

Really fantastic progress made by Maryland in this energy legislation. I listened to some of the testimony about the legislation to reduce resi solar permitting bottlenecks. I have really been hesitant to get solar because of the inflated cost, but it can be improved now. Also, plugin solar!
