Trump & RFK want to shut down hospitals that provide gender-affirming care to trans teens. Yet, the care they want to ban for trans teens will still be allowed for non-trans teens — puberty delayers, gynecomastia surgery, hormones. Only trans teens are targeted. What else is new?

They’re not directing ICE to investigate specific claims of fraud. Rather they’re creating a quota of 100-200 denaturalization cases per month. This isn’t about enforcing the law. It’s about creating fear & panic about who’ll be targeted next. That’s what authoritarians do.

They say they’re protecting kids. They’re not. They’re harming these kids by blocking their access to health care. These comments make clear what this is about: Eliminating *all* trans people of all ages. If they get away with it with trans people, they’re coming for you next.

This illegal proposal is designed to eliminate health care for trans youth by threatening to destroy hospitals that provide that care — care that’s validated by physicians & provided with parent support. They want to erase trans people from existence. That’s always been the plan. We won’t let them.
