Laurie Magnus: Rayner acted "in good faith", had "the intention to pay all appropriate taxes", "was twice informed in writing" that the lower rate was due, "sought quickly to correct the mistake", "acted with integrity", but didn't seek expert advice. That was a mistake. But I find this much worse⬇️

Did u know? As our outside spaces drift towards Autumn, don't underestimate the value of hollow stems, spent flowers & seed heads. They're winter homes for small souls, such as bees, ladybirds & other invertebrates - cherish, don't chuck away. 🌿🌱🇬🇧🌱🪲🌍🐞🐝
